It is a static HTML5 template that runs entirely in the browser: you edit the HTML and CSS files in the theme folder and open index.html to preview the result. A Gulp-based build system is included for developers who want live reload and production builds, and the template ships with nine ready-to-use pages including a homepage, about, services, pricing, project, and blog layouts.
