This Privacy Policy explains how Template0 ("Template0," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use template0.com and related services, including account features and Sponsor subscriptions.

Account information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account preferences. If you sign in with GitHub or another supported identity provider, we receive the profile information that provider makes available according to your authorization.
Sponsor information: If you apply for or purchase a Sponsor placement, we collect the submitted product name, link, descriptions, creative assets, account identifier, and related subscription information.
Payment information: We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, subscription status, and billing timestamps from Waffo Pancake. Full payment card numbers are processed by Waffo Pancake and are not stored by Template0.
Communications: We collect information contained in support requests, feedback, emails, and other communications you send us.
Technical and usage information: We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, visited pages, referring pages, feature usage, security logs, error logs, and aggregated analytics data. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.

Service providers: We use service providers for hosting, content and data storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring, and analytics. These providers may include hosting infrastructure, Sanity, GitHub or other identity providers, Waffo Pancake, email providers, and analytics providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Template0, our users, or others.
Business transfers: If Template0 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection and notice where required.
With your direction or consent: We may share information when you ask us to or give explicit consent.
Sponsor content that you submit for publication, such as a product name, link, description, icon, and cover image, is intentionally displayed publicly after activation.
Strictly necessary cookies are used for login sessions, security, and core site functionality. Analytics tools may collect limited usage and device information to help us understand site performance and improve the Service.

We will acknowledge the request and normally respond within 30 calendar days. If a request is complex or applicable law permits additional time, we will explain the reason for the extension. Exercising privacy rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Template0 does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion button. You may request deletion or deactivation of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.
After verifying the request, we will deactivate the account and delete or anonymize eligible account data within 30 days. Some information may be retained when necessary to complete an active subscription, process refunds or chargebacks, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Deleting a Template0 account does not delete information held independently by GitHub, Waffo Pancake, or other third-party services. Requests concerning those services must be directed to the relevant provider.
Template0 and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards for international transfers.
Template0 links to third-party templates, websites, and services. This Policy applies only to information controlled by Template0. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and you should review their policies before providing information.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised Policy, update the "Last updated" date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
