Welcome to Template0. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of template0.com and its related services ("Services"). By accessing the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a Sponsor subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Template0 is a directory that helps users discover free web templates, starter projects, and related resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party templates and linked resources are owned and operated by their respective providers. Template0 does not host those template files and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, licensing, or accuracy of third-party websites.
Template0 also offers paid Sponsor placements that allow eligible products or services to be displayed in designated Sponsor sections. A Sponsor placement provides visibility only and does not guarantee traffic, rankings, clicks, conversions, sales, or search-engine results.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you register through GitHub or another supported identity provider, that provider's terms and privacy practices also apply.
The Sponsor plan costs USD 99 per month. It is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize Template0 and its payment processor, Waffo Pancake, to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fee and applicable taxes. Current plan details are available at https://template0.com/pricing.
Sponsor capacity is limited. A paid subscription activates a placement only after Template0 receives verified payment confirmation from Waffo Pancake.
You may request cancellation at any time through your Sponsor page at https://template0.com/sponsor. The cancellation request is submitted to Waffo Pancake immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation is confirmed, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
If the online cancellation flow is unavailable, contact [email protected] from your registered email address. We will acknowledge the request within two business days.
Because Sponsor placement is a digital service delivered immediately after payment confirmation, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for an unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
Refunds may be issued for duplicate or erroneous charges, failure to deliver the purchased service due to an error within Template0's control, or where required by applicable law. These exceptions do not apply to accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge the request within two business days. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Sponsors must promote lawful products or services and provide accurate information. Sponsor content must not be fraudulent, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, or otherwise violate applicable law or third-party rights. Template0 may reject, suspend, or remove Sponsor content that violates these Terms or creates material risk for users or the Service.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Template0 does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is also subject to Waffo Pancake's applicable terms and privacy practices.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] before initiating a bank dispute so that we can investigate.
Template0's website design, original content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or interfere with the Services except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Template0 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display submitted Sponsor content solely to provide and promote the purchased placement.
Template0 may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://template0.com/privacy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Template0 does not warrant that third-party templates, links, or Sponsor content are accurate, secure, available, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Template0 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Template0's aggregate liability for a paid Sponsor subscription will not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and publish the revised Terms on this page. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Template0 operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
